Salmon cakes

Do Di Yos' Salmon Cakes

Saute onions, parsley, dill, and garlic in butter.
Mix with fresh flaked salmon.
Add eggs and bread crumbs.
Let sit for 5-10 minutes to form cakes.
To cook - you can pan fry on the stove top, broil in the over, or grill.

For the sauce - warm oil in a pan. Add flour. Mix in fish stock, lemon juice, dill, salt & pepper or greek spices. Boil it until it forms a cream. Serve over salmon cakes.
