TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - The condition of a six-year-old boy is reported to be getting better after being shot. Also injured in the shooting was an off-duty state trooper.
The shooting happened at a house party over the weekend in Tuscaloosa.
The boy's name has not been released, but he was seriously injured. His grandmother tells FOX6 News that he is slightly better, but he may have to stay at Children's Hospital for two to three months.
19-year-old Shawn Foster is charged with attempted murder and is being held in the Tuscaloosa County jail.
