BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - The battle over public transit funding continued during Tuesday's Birmingham City Council meeting.
A group of six council members is pushing the mayor to transfer more than $1.1 million to the BJCTA and Clastran.
A resolution on the agenda at the meeting would urge the mayor to shift money from a HUD fund to pay for the two public transit programs.
