2 granny smith apples (diced skin on)
2 Anjou pears (peeled and diced)
1 small purple onion (diced)
2 gloves garlic (minced)
1 red bell pepper (diced)
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup fresh cranberries or (dried)
½ cup celery (diced with leaves)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 Tablespoons Blue Agave nectar
3 Tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon Allspice
Sauté  apples, pears, onion, garlic, bell pepper, crushed pepper flakes, cinnamon stick, cranberries and celery in olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Add Agave nectar and lemon juice, salt and pepper and all spice. Serve hot or cold.
