 INGREDIENTS:
4 SHRIMP & 2 SCALLOPS (OR YOUR FAVORITE SEAFOOD)
2 CUPS FRESH MADE MARINARA
2 SHALLOTS, CHOPPED
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
FRESH TYHME - 2 STALKS DELEAVED
1/4 CUP OIL
CHILLI FOR DISERED HOTNESS
1/4 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
1/4 CUP PECORINO ROMANO CHEESE


DIRECTIONS:
HEAT OIL IN SAUTEE PAN. ADD SEAFOOD AND COOK FOR 1 AND A HALF MINUTES. FLIP. ADD SHALLOTS, GARLIC, AND CHILLI. MOVE IT AROUND THE SKILLET FOR TWO MINUTES (OR UNTIL THE GARLIC TURNS LIGHT BROWN). ADD MARINNARA, MIX WELL AND REDUCE. ADD CHEESE AND PASTA.
