Little Savannah's Ribs

10 pounds of baby back ribs
½ cup of Moore's Marinade
1 tbsp of honey
½ cup of sweet wine
2 tbsp of white vinegar
Dry rub consists of the following:
2 tbsp of cumin
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder

Peel and clean the ribs
Mix all the ingredients for the dry rub and rub it on the ribs.
Pour honey over the ribs
Have the ribs marinate with dry rub and honey for 4 hours in the refrigerator
Pour Moore's Marinade and wine vinegar on the ribs
Cover with foil and bake at 225 degrees for 4 ½ hours till soft and tender
