BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - It might be your chance to voice frustrations over Highway 280 traffic and learn more about options to solve the congestion.
The Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham is holding an open house and two public sessions on Friday. The Planning Commission is conducting a 280 corridor transit study and looking at the highway from the 20/59 junction all the way to the Shelby/Talladega County line.
Sessions will be held at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
