E-bingo conspiracy defendants face arraignment this week

MONTGOMERY, AL (WBRC) - Eleven people arrested in an electronic bingo bribery investigation will return to federal court in Montgomery on Friday for arraignment.

Victoryland owner Milton McGregor, Country Crossing owner Ronald Gilley, four state lawmakers and three others are under indictment.

They are accused of a conspiracy to offer bribes in return for yes votes on a bill to legalize gambling.
