Two former Crimson Tide player arrested on drug charges
TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - Two former Alabama Crimson Tide football players have been arrested on drug charges.
Tuscaloosa police say they were called to a hotel after someone smelled marijuana coming from one of the rooms. Officers found former Tide receiver D.J. Hall and former Tide walk-on player Darwin Salaam in the hotel room with marijuana, guns, weight scales, and sandwich bags. Some other various drugs were also found in the room.
Jail records indicate that Hall posted bail last night.
