Quick pumpkin soup

Pumpkin Soup

1 onion, chopped

3 ribs celery, diced

3 tbsp olive oil

1 c. diced cranberries

3 c. cooked pumpkin

1 tsp. allspice

salt

1 c. heavy cream

2 c. vegetable stock

Sautee onion in olive oil w/ celery.  Add cranberries, vegetable stock & pumpkin.  Add allspice, salt & cream.  Puree optional.
