Black Bean Burger

Chef Bob's Black Bean Burger

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup rotel tomato, canned
1 can blackbeans, drained
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tomato, chopped
whole wheat buns
vegetarian black bean burger

Directions:
Saute onion, garlic, tomato, rotel, & black beans. Add cumin. Cook veggie burger. Place on wheat bun & top with black bean mix. Add cheese (optional).
