Lobster crab cakes

1.

Combine mayonnaise, eggs, Creole mustard, Old Bay, jalapeno

 

pepper blend, chopped parsley and lemon juice in mixing bowl

 

and mix well to combine.

2.

Add lump crab& jumbo lobster meat into mixing bowl and gently

 

fold into ingredients with your hands being very careful not too

 

break up the larger pieces of crab.  Fold in bread crumbs.

3.

Using a # 16 scoop portion into 3 oz. crab cakes ,place in hot pan

 

sear for 2 min on each side, place in oven for 6 to 7 min.

 

at 350 degrees.
