Cordon Bleu

Café DE PARIS CORDON BLEU

INGREDIENTS:
2 CHICKEN BREASTS
2 SLICES OF HAM
2 SLICES OF SWISS CHEESE
2 EGGS
5 OZ FLOUR
5OZ BREAD CRUMBS
SALT & PEPPER
JAMAICAN JERK SPICE
4 OZ FRYING OIL


DIRECTIONS: USE A POUNDING MALLET TO FLATTEN YOUR CHICKEN. SEASON IT WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND JAMAICAN JERK SPICE ON BOTH SIDES. STUFF IT WITH SWISS CHEESE AND HAM AND ROLL IT UP.  HEAT YOUR SAUTE PAN. WHIP THE EGGS. DIP THE CORDON BLEU IN THE FLOUR, THEN THE EGGS, THEN THE BREAD CRUMBS. BROWN CORDON BLEU ON BOTH SIDES. LET IT FINISH COOKING IN THE OVER AT 325 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES.
