Fmr. chief justice says info leaked to public on bingo case

Birmingham, AL (WBRC) - A former Alabama Supreme Court chief justice believes information was leaked from the state high court involving one of it's electronic bingo cases. Gorman Houston was appointed by chief justice Sue Bell Cobb to determine if anyone on the court or court staffed leaked information and if a member of the governor's staff tried to influence the court about this case.

Houston says there was no evidence anyone with the Governor Riley's staff influenced the court but Houston says someone did leak information however he was unable to determine who did it. Houston spent a 100 hours looking into the allegations.
