GUILLERMO CASTRO'S SEAFOOD PLATTER
SERVES 4 PEOPLE

INGREDIENTS:
4 OZ PRAWNS - HEAD ON
4 OZ CLAMS, RINSED
4 OZ MUSSELS, RINSED
4 OZ DEEP SEA SCALLOPS
2 TABLESPOONS CHORIZO (MEXICAN SAUSAGE)
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC, FINLEY CHOPPED
PINCH OF SALT
8OZ WHITE WINE
OLIVE OIL


DIRECTIONS:
SAUTE CHORIZO, GARLIC, AND OIL OIL. ADD SEAFOOD, SALT, & WINE. COVER AND LET COOK FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES. SERVE OVER RICE.
