Sweet Bones Bleu Cheese Crust and Fire Roasted Veggies

Sweet Bones Bleu Cheese Crust

8 ounces good quality bleu cheese
5 tablespoons unsalted butte, melted
6 tablespoons crushed crackers
1 teaspoon minced fresh Rosemary
1 teaspoon Sweet Bones Meat Rubb!, or your favorite seasoning
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Mix all ingredients until the mixture is well blended and the consistency of a cookie dough



Sweet Bones Fire Roasted Veggies
1 Zucchini, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
1 yellow squash, cut in 1/2 lengthwise
1 red onion, 1/4: slices
1 cup your favorite mushrooms, whole

brush veggies in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
sprinkle on Sweet ones Meat Rubb!, or your favorite seasoning
grill 4-6 minutes on first side
brush top side with Extra Virgin Olive oil, season with Meat Rubb!, and turn
Cook 4-5 more minutes until they are done yo your liking
Slice into bite size pieces, toss in bowl with another 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive oil and 1 teaspoon Sweet Bones Meat Rubb!
