2 CHICKEN THIGHS - COOKED, CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
1/2 CUP CHOPPED CELEBRY/ONION
4 TOMATILLA'S CANNED
SMALL CAN HOMINY - RINSED
1 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
DASH SALT & PEPPER
1 TEASPOON CHILI POWDER
1 TEASPOON CUMIN

DIRECTIONS:
SAUTE ONION AND CELERY IN OIL. ADD HOMINY AND SPICES AND CHICKEN. SIMMER FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. SERVE WITH CILANTRO AND LIME.
