Barbecue nachos

Bob Sykes BBQ Nachos
1724 9th Avenue North

6 inch corn thin tortillas
Frying oil
Seasoning salt for taste
2 whole onions
2 tomatoes
1 cup chopped cilantro
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 pound of chopped pork
Bob Sykes BBQ Sauce
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced jalapenos
1 cup sour cream

Homemade tortilla chips:
Cut tortillas in half and then cut into triangles
Fry tortillas at 350 degrees for 3 minutes
Drain chips and place in pan
Sprinkle seasoning salt for taste

Homemade Pico De Gala:
Slice 2 white onions, 2 tomatoes, and 1 cup of chopped cilantro
Mix it all together

Sprinkle cheese over chips
Place chips in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 2 minutes or until cheese melts
Add Pico De Gala
Garnish with limes
Add sour cream and jalapenos
Top with Bob Sykes BBQ Sauce
