BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department says they have made an arrest in connection to the 27th homicide of 2010 for Birmingham.
24-year-old Earl Dailey has been charged with the murder of 29-year-old Marquis Carter.
Dailey is being held in the Jefferson County Jail.
