Kairos Tomato Kobbler

4 Cups diced fresh tomatoes (a few varieties is better)
1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, diced in cubes
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup green onions, sliced
½ cup diced fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Sea Salt
Freshly Cracked White Pepper

For the topping
1 cup sugar
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups self-rising flour
Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 375.

Add together all the first 8 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Gently stir with a spoon or spatula until everything is incorporated.
Spray a 9X12 casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour Tomato mixture evenly into the bottom.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, and flour for the topping. With a spatula pour the mixture evenly over the top of the Tomatoes. Sprinkle with Sea Salt.
Bake @ 375 until golden brown (45 minutes - 1 hour).
