Beefsteak with flatbread

Donnell Johnson's Beef steak Sandwich on flatbread

4 oz. Beef tenderloin

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ tablespoon soy sauce

Flatbread cut in half

Tomatoes slice


Slice onions

Slice bellpepper

Ranch dressing



Cut tenderloin in 2 oz. pieces pound steak out very thin. Seasoning with salt, pepper, and soy sauce pour over steak and toss. Sauté steak in sauté pan 2-3 minutes. Assemble sandwich spread dressing over bread top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bellpepper, bacon and steak top with bread and cut in half
