2 OZ. OVEN ROASTED CORN
4 OZ. SMOKED GOUDA CHEESE
4 OZ. HEAVY CREAM
2 TBSP BUTTER

COOK GRITS IN STOCK ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS

CAJUN CREAM SAUCE

2 CUPS HEAVY CREAM (REDUCE BY HALF)
2 OZ. PARMESAN CHEESE
1 TSP. SALT
2 TSP CAJUN SEASONING

GARLIC SAUTEED SHRIMP

1 TBSP OLIVE OIL
3 GARLIC CLOVES, FINELY CHOPPED
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
10 UNCOOKED SHELLED AND DEVEINED JUMBO SHRIMP

SAUTE SHRIP IN OIL AND GARLIC ON MED - MED-HIGH HEAT. (ABOUT 2 MINUTES PER SIDE).
FINISH WITH LEMON JUICE.
