1 pound whole wheat pasta (cooked aldente)

1 large can low sodium garbanzo (or any white or black bean)

1 red bell pepper sliced

1 gold bell pepper sliced

1 or 2 tomatoes diced

1 pound fresh spinach

3 tablespoons olive oil

juice of 1 lemon

sea salt to taste
