4 FLOUR TORTILLAS
1 TOMATO
1 BELL PEPPER
1 CUP BLACK EYES PEAS, COOKED
1 CUP BLACK BEANS, COOKED
1 ONION, DICED
SALT & PEPPER
1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE, ANY KIND
1 LIME, JUICED
KALE CHIPS ON THE SIDE

DIRECTIONS:
SAUTE ONION, BELL PEPPER, AND TOMATOE IN OLIVE OIL. ADD BLACK EYED PEADS AND BLACK BEANS. ADD JUICE OF LIME, SALT & PEPPER, AND CHEESE. ROLL IN TORTILLAS AND SERVE WITH CHIPS.
