Sweet Bones BBQ Pork Philly
1 1/2 pounds BBQ pork
4 hoagie rolls, toasted
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 oz banana peppers
1 large yellow onion
2 T butter
1 T Cajun blackening seasoning
1/2 c Sweet Bones Alabama North Carolina or other vinegar based BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Sweet Bones Alabama South Carolina or other mustard based sauce

Saute onions in butter until limp, add Cajun seasoning and saute 3-4 minutes longer
warm North Carolina sauce in medium saute pan, add meat and stir until hot
divide meat into 4 rows and top with Swiss cheese to melt
add 1 oz banana peppers to each row
When cheese is melted place 1 row of meat on each hoagie roll and drizzle each with 1 oz South Carolina sauce
