JASPER, AL (WBRC) - Birmingham Police have arrested a suspect wanted in a double shooting in Walker County. Investigators say Charels Lamont Williams shot two people at L&S Auto Sales just before noon today. Deputies say Williams walked into the business and asked to test drive a car. He then shot the two people and stole a truck.
One of the victims was flown by lifesaver to UAB Hospital, he is in critical condition. The other victim was taken to a local hospital in Walker County and is listed in good condition.
