AATC Chipotle Pork Chops

4 pork loin chops[Boneless today]

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Krazy Salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

2 Tbsp Tabasco Chipotle Sauce

4 ounces Modelo Dark

Heat olive oil in pan to medium high heat.Place pork chop in pan,season with salt,pepper and sauce.Cook for about 2 minutes,and turn and cook for about another 2 minutes.Add beer to pan and let pork cook in beer for a minute.It should turn a nice brown with the sauce.Top with tomatillo sauce and serve with grilled vegetables,and enjoy.This meal can be enjoyed year-round.
