1 large spinach tortilla

1 head of broccoli florets

1 large carrot, julienned

1 small onion, sliced

3 tbsp. olive oil

5 c. mixed greens

1 zucchini, sliced

juice of 1 lime

Sautee in olice oil: onion, broccoli, carrots, & zucchini for 2-3 min.  Add greens & wilt them.  Wrap in spinach wrap.  Option: slice sweet potato w/ potato peeler.  Dust lightly with corn starch.  Fry in hot oil until crispy.
