I am a recipient of the handicapped sticker but I have trouble getting handicapped parking places. There's people that will use their family members' handicap stickers. And I think it is so wrong. They're using their families means of handicap for their benefit.

I think that anybody that parks in a handicapped zone should be fined and arrested. Because that is strictly for handicapped people and nothing else. I don't do it and don't think no one else should do it.
I have a handicapped permit. They give you a piece of paper that you are supposed to carry in your wallet or purse at all times.
Donna from Gadsden
I am disabled and I have the credentials to park in the handicapped areas of the store but so many times I can't get those parking places because, well people park there that shouldn't park there. And it's become so bad that most of the time I just don't even get out any more, I just stay home.
Patsy from Pleasant Grove
I am handicapped. I have a wheelchair and a lot of times I can't get my wheelchair out because I have to park in different place other than a handicapped place. Some times it's very hard because we have to get out in the middle of the road to get my wheelchair out. And, I'd appreciate it if people wouldn't park in the handicapped parking if they don't have a handicapped tag or placard.
