Wet ingredients:

Dill Pickles of your choice

2 eggs

¼ cup plain flour

1 cup buttermilk

1 tbsp Moore's Marinade

½ tsp Creole seasoning

¼ tsp seasoning salt

Dry Ingredients:

1 cup cornmeal

2 cups plain flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Beat eggs in a small bowl

Add flour and mix

Pour in buttermilk and seasonings and mix

Set the wet ingredients aside

Directions for dry ingredients:

Mix all dry ingredients together and set aside.

Cooking directions:

Drain liquid off dill pickles and pat dry with paper towels

Dip pickles one by one in wet dipping

Dip in dry dipping and roll around until well covered

Deep fry like French fries in hot oil 350 degrees

Drain on paper towels

Serve plain or with Ranch dressing
