AATC Tilapia Verde

4 nice pieces of tilapia[4-6 ounces each]

2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp butter

Pinch of Krazy salt and pepper

Verde Sauce

1/2 bunch cilantro,chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp garlic,chopped

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup water

1 tsp Krazy salt

Combine ingredients for sauce in bowl and set aside.Heat skillet over medium high heat.Add olive oil and butter.Cook fish for about 2 1/2 minutes,and turn to cook for another 2 minutes.Remove from heat and spoon verde sauce over fish.Serve with rice and grilled vegetables.Heat your plates in oven for about 3 minutes before eating.It will make a world of difference when you serve dinner.Enjoy this meal anytime of the year,it is nice and light...
