Madagascar Prawns with Piri Piri Sauce

Ingredients:
3 pounds head on prawns, de-veined, shell on
2 spoons garlic, chopped
salt to taste
butter
4 oz white wine

Saute in pan until done

Piri-Piri Sauce (make one day ahead)
6 oz olive oil
1 oz vinegar
2 spoons garlic, chopped
1 bunch parsley
3 fresh red chili peppers, chopped

Mix all ingredients in a clear container and let sit at least one day.
