1 BUNCH FRESH CILANTRO - CHOPPED
1/2 CUP SALSA FOR GARNISH
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
3 FLOUR TORTILLAS - TOASTED


DIRECTIONS:
PAN SEAR CHICKEN, ONION, & TOMATO ROTEL. ADD FRESH CILANTRO AND CHEESE. TOAST 3 FLOUR TORTILLAS IN PAN. STACK ON THE PLATE ALTERNATING TORTILLAS AND CHICKEN MIXTURE. TOP WITH SALSA.
