HUNTSVILLE, AL (WBRC) - The head of that task force that shutdown e-bingo at Greenetrack says it has been a tough fight.
John Tyson spokes Wednesday to a group of lawyers in Huntsville. Tyson says the legal battle centers around money.
"We recently received some public reports from Bally's and IGT," says Tyson. "Those are out of state, big time gamblers in Nevada. We've had a huge impact on their quarterly earnings."
Tyson says the governor's task force has closed more than 100 alleged gambling facilities.
