BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) - The fight over a Birmingham nightclub continues past a judge's order. Attorneys for Club Zen have appealed a ruling to shut the club down.
Earlier this week, Judge Houston Brown ruled the club must shut down after about a year long legal battle.
Houston sided with the Birmingham City Council who declared the club a nuisance.
21-year-old Kelvin Felder was stabbed to death on the dance floor at Zen last year.
