Gulf grouper and shrimp wrap

All Around Town Catering Gulf Grouper and Shrimp Wrap

1/2 lb Gulf Black Grouper[Snapper Grabbers]

1/2 lb Jumbo Alabama Wild Shrimp.peeled and deveined

1/2 yellow onion,sliced

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp pickapeppa sauce

2 Tbsp chipotle ranch

2 Tbsp black bean salsa

4 10 inch tortilla or wraps

2 leafs Romaine lettuce,washed and chopped

Heat oil in pan.Saute grouper and shrimp adding Krazy salt and pickapeppa sauce.Have tortilla at room temperature.Spoon about 3 ounces of cooked mixture onto tortilla.Add black bean salsa and ranch,top with lettuce.Roll up like a burrito,and enjoy.The greaa people at Snapper Grabbers are doing their best to keep us informed  about any news coming out of the Gulf and surrounding areas.Thank you all for that!!!
