All Around Town Catering Roast Pork Loin with Carmelized Onions

All Around Town Catering Roast Pork Loin with Carmelized Onions

 

1 lb roasted pork loin [35 minutes at 350 degrees,check internal temperature to 140]

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup olive oil

1 tbsp chicken rotisserie seasoning

1 yellow or red onion,halved and sliced

1/2 cup chow chow

Your favorite bread[We will be using Kaiser and hoagies today

Mayonnaise[Optional]

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Place pork in deep pan and season with soy sauce,olive oil, and seasoning.Cook for about 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140.Heat olive oil in saute pan and cook onions down for about 8 minutes.They will sweeten as they cook.Let stand for 10 minutes as it will cook up to perfect doneness.Slice thin and toast bun.Serve with carmelized onions and chow chow,mayonnaise if desired.This is a great sandwich or entree.Come see us at Chase Lake Cafe in Hoover!!!
