Kairos Pan Seared Tilapia w/ White Wine Cilantro Sauce

Recipe courtesy of James K Jones from Kairos Kafe

4 pieces Fresh Tilapia Fillets marinated in:

One tablespoon of olive oil, One tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 pinch fresh cracked white pepper, 1 pinch fresh cracked black pepper, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 pinch of fresh Dill and one teaspoon of minced garlic.

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 cup White Wine

2 tablespoons Heavy Cream

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

¼ cup chopped fresh tomatoes

¼ cup Chopped Green Onions (for garnish)

¼ cup chopped fresh Cilantro

Preheat a sauté pan until you can feel the heat when you place your hand over it, and add olive oil.

Add Fresh Tilapia Fillets and sear on one side until golden brown. Turn the fish over, and cook until the fish begins to lightly come apart. Be careful to keep the pan moving because the Tilapia will stick and tear up. Add white wine and deglaze the pan. Add heavy cream, salt and pepper. Cook on high heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring (the sauce) constantly.

Pour entire mixture onto a serving platter, and sprinkle Cilantro, Tomatoes, & Green Onions over it. Enjoy!
