Shrimp Creole

Donnell Johnson's Shrimp Creole

½ lb shrimp 21-25
1 cup Ham Diced
1 cup diced Tomatoes
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced bellpepper
½ cup diced celery
1 cup ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
Olive oil
¾ cup V8 juice
Hot sauce to taste
½ teaspoon thyme fresh
½ tablespoon sugar

Seasoning Shrimp with salt, pepper and garlic. Heat sauté pan add oil to pan. Place shrimps in sauté pan sauté for 2-3 minutes add ham, celery, bellpepper, and onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes add tomatoes, V8 juice and ketchup cook for 3-4 minutes add thyme, hot sauce sugar cook for 1 minute server over rice
