Pasta Primavera with plum tomatoes and mushrooms

1/4 cup evo

4 large mushrooms sliced

7 plum tomatoes cut in half

1/4 chiff and basil

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chix stock

1/4 cup parm reggiano

2 cloves garlic chopped

Add oil to hot sautee crisp. Add garlic for 30 sec. Don't over cook. Add stock. Reduce by half. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley. Add pasta and creme. Plate up.
