Fried rice cake

2 oz. Spicy tuna tartar

Avocado (sliced)

Jalapeno (sliced)

Sweet soy glaze (Eel Sauce)

Spicy Mayo

Lightly pan fry rice cake. Top with tuna tartar. Cut into 6 individual pieces. Top each piece with avocado and jalapeno. Finish with eel sauce and spicy mayo.

Salmon Sashimi

Fresh salmon (sliced thin)

Grilled Watermelon

Grape tomatoes

Goat Cheese

Soy-balsamic reduction

Steak Maki Mini

Dinner roll

2 oz. Flank steak (sliced thin)

Caramelized onions

Wasabi aioli

Grill flank steak to medium/med rare. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain. Slice dinner roll in half, putting a bed of onions on the bottom portion. Top with 2 oz. of flank steak and finish with wasabi aioli.
