Hot and Sour Peel 'n Eat Shrimp

All AroundTown Catering's[Located in Chase Lake Cafe] Hot and Sour Peel 'n Eat Shrimp

One pound large Alabama Wild Shrimp[The gulf needs our support more than ever]Shell on

One can favorite beer

2 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp sea salt mixture

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp Valentina hot sauce

1 Tbsp white vinegar

Rice or french bread for side

Get your oil hot over medium heat,and add beer and rest of ingredients.Bring to medium boil,and add shrimp for about four minutes.The shrimp will turn a bit pink right before they are done.Remove form heat and serve in bowl with rice or by themselves.The flavors are outstanding!!!We are going to do a Hot and Sour Peeled and Eat Shrimp at Chase Lake Cafe when we open in the next week or two.It will be easier to eat at lunch without the mess. This is a very easy recipe idea that tastes great and is ready in minutes.Watch for our Cafe Menu Ideas coming soon...
