Sweet Bones Alabama Brisket Reuben

Makes 4 sandwiches

1 lb Smoked beef Brisket

8 oz Sweet Bones Barbeque Sauce

4 slices Swiss Cheese

8 sliced Rye bread

1 cup cole slaw

4 Pickle spears

4 tablespoons Butter or pan spray

Spray skillet with pan spray or melt ½ T butter and coat pan

Place 2 slices of bread in skillet and 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread

In separate skillet warm BBQ sauce and brisket, turning to coat meat evenly

When cheese is melted place 4 oz of brisket on each slice of bread

Top with ¼ cup cole slaw, turn and toast on second side.
