Birmingham, AL (WBRC) - Two people are under arrest and Morris police are looking for a third suspect after investigators say they found a child living in a home with several meth labs. 54-year-old John David Cannon and 23-year-old Alison Reno are both being held in the Jefferson County jail.
Cannon was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, chemical endangerment of a child, unlawful possession of precursors and unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Reno was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a precursor.
Officers say they found seven shake and bake labs while serving warrants at the home on Stouts Road last week.
The 9-year-old child was taken from the home and placed in DHR custody.
