Guillermo Castro's Jicama Salsa with Chicken Breast

Ingredients:
1 orange
1 medium jicama
1 carrot
1 bell pepper (fresh)
1/2 purple onion
1/4 head lettuce
1 jalapeno
juice from orange
juice from lime
salt to taste
4-5 oz chicken breast


Cut jicama, peppers, onions, and lettuce in long strips. Sear chicken breast for about four minutes on each side. Mix all in the bowl and serve.
