MONTGOMERY, AL (WBRC) - The electronic bingo bill could be the first item on the agenda in the Alabama House on Wednesday, if it appears there are enough votes to pass it.
The bill's sponsor, Representative Marcel Black from Tuscumbia, needs 63 votes for passage. Black tells FOX6 News he is still a few votes short.
If the House does pass the bill, it goes to a statewide referendum.
