Sweet Bones Southern Cuban Sandwich



½ lb Sliced Ham

1 lb Smoked Pork Loin

8 slices Swiss Cheese

4 pieces Cuban or French Bread

4 oz South Carolina BBQ Sauce

Dill Pickle slices


Butter bread and place in pan to toast

Warm ham and pork loin in another pan

Spread each piece with 2 oz pork loin and 2 oz ham

Dress with South Carolina sauce

Place 2 pieces Swiss Cheese on each sandwich

Place back in pan and place "presser" on top

Toast on that side, turn, and "press" on other side

Cut on diagonal and top with pickle slices

Serves 4
