CHEF WENDY CRUSE'S 5 SPICE TILAPIA WITH TOMATO GINGER SAUCE

1 TILAPIA FILET - TRIMMED
1 TEASPOON CHINESE 5 SPICE (PEPPERCORNS, CINNAMON, ANISE, DRY CHILIES)
1 TEASPOON GARLIC
1 TEASPOON GINGER
1/4 CUP DICED TOMATOES
2 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE
2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
1 TABLESPOON HONEY

DIRECTIONS:
SAUTE IN PAN SPRAY OVER MEDIUM HEAT WITH 5 SPICE UNTIL DONE. REMOVE FROM PAN. ADD GARLIC, GINGER, TOMATOES, LIME JUICE, RICE VINEGAR, AND HONEY. HEAT TO REDUCE FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES. SERVE ON A BED OF ROMAINE AND USE AS A HOT DRESSING.
