Chef Julia May's Grilled Salmon
pinch of fresh garlic, minced
punch of black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
Spray grill or grill pan with non-stick spray. Rub salmon with olive oil and season. Place on grill on medium high heat. Cook both sides for three and half minutes or until tender and flakey. Place on bed of greens of your choice.
