Supreme Court Chief Justice visits UA School of Law

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) - A presentation for a sitting Supreme Court justice isn't just a big deal at the University of Alabama, it's a regularity.

This time, the sitting Chief Justice John Roberts became the latest guest speaker at the UA School of Law.

Tuesday, Roberts was the 9th Supreme Court Justice to visit the university since 1996.

He stopped in Tuscaloosa to participate in the Albritton Lecture Series.

Roberts spoke for about 20 minutes. He also took questions from a group that included federal judges, lawyers, and law students.
